Stuffed Bell Pepper!! 🍳🫑 A very nutritious meal with some protein and greens!

Ingredients I Used:
– 3 bell peppers 🫑
– 2 handfuls of chopped spinach 🥬
– 3 eggs 🍳
– 2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise
– seasonings: salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes
– ~10 cherry tomatoes 🍅
Start by boiling eggs and then using a fork to mash the egg into an egg salad. Add in mayonnaise to create a creamier texture. Then slice your bell peppers in half and deseed. Add some chopped greens as a base and then your seasoned egg salad. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and layer on top. That’s it!
