Stuffed Bell Pepper!! 🍳🫑 A very nutritious meal with some protein and greens!⁣

No. of Servings: 3 ⁣
Ingredients I Used:⁣
– 3 bell peppers 🫑 ⁣
– 2 handfuls of chopped spinach 🥬 ⁣
– 3 eggs 🍳 ⁣
– 2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise⁣
– seasonings: salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes⁣
– ~10 cherry tomatoes 🍅 ⁣

Start by boiling eggs and then using a fork to mash the egg into an egg salad. Add in mayonnaise to create a creamier texture. Then slice your bell peppers in half and deseed. Add some chopped greens as a base and then your seasoned egg salad. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and layer on top. That’s it!⁣
