Spinach Banana Muffins!! 🥬🧁 A fun & healthy baking recipe I tried out this long weekend!
Ingredients I Used:
– spinach 🥬
– banana 🍌
– rolled oats
– almond butter
– egg 🥚
– a little water 💧
– Optional: agave or honey for sweetness 🍯
Throw all your ingredients into a blender and blend until its a nice thick batter. Then fill your mini muffin tray and bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool for a bit and then use a knife to pull your muffins out. I topped my muffins with a bit of spreading butter, just for fun!
