Ingredients I Used:
– toast (mine is gluten-free) 🍞
– avocado 🥑 – chickpeas
– seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika, no salt seasoning, red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning
Layer on your avocado and toast. Then season your chickpeas and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. After they’re all baked, layer onto your avocado toast. Optional seasonings are red pepper flakes and everything bagel seasoning.
A filling breakfast option that’ll keep you full!
