Shrimp Puttanesca!! 🍤🍝 A protein-filled Italian meal to satisfy all those carby cravings!
Ingredients I Used:
– chopped tomatoes 🍅
– greens 🥬
– chopped olives
– minced garlic
– thawed shrimp 🍤
– gluten-free angel hair pasta 🍝
– lemon juice 🍋
– seasonings: salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, lemon pepper
First layer in your tomatoes, greens, and olives onto a pan. Season with salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, and olive oil and then bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Then grab your thawed shrimps and season with lemon juice, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. After you 20 minute timer goes off, add your shrimp to the pan and bake all together for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, boil your pasta of choice (I definitely recommend an angel hair pasta) and add all your pieces together to enjoy your Italian meal!
