Pizza in a Bell Pepper! 🍕 Such a fun “pizza” alternative for any leftover veggies you have in the fridge!⁣

Ingredients I Used:⁣
– bell pepper⁣
– tomato sauce 🥫⁣
– cheese 🧀 ⁣
– chopped spinach 🥬⁣
– chopped squash ⁣
– chopped cauliflower 🥦 ⁣
– corn 🌽 ⁣
– sauce seasoning: italian seasoning, salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, basil⁣

First make your pizza sauce with tomato sauce and seasonings. You can totally just use store-bought spaghetti or pizza sauce instead! Then cut your bell pepper in half and deseed; you want to try and maintain cup-like halves if possible. After layering in your sauce (I always use quite a bit of it), layer in cheese, all your veggies, and then some more cheese. Then bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes and then switch to broil for the last 2 minutes. Add more seasoning on top if you wish! ⁣
