Homemade Nachos! 😍 I was craving junk food this day and decided to make these as a ~relatively~ healthy option instead.⁣

Ingredients I Used:⁣
– tortilla chips (mine are gluten-free) ⁣
– cheese (I’ve tried this with vegan cheese too!) 🧀 ⁣
– black beans ⁣
– chopped tomatoes 🍅 ⁣
– chopped onions 🧅 ⁣
– salsa ⁣
– cream cheese⁣

Optional Ingredients (I’ve tried before or think would be fabulous):⁣
– olives ⁣
– taco seasoning 🌮 ⁣
– cilantro 🌱⁣
– gaucamole 🥑 ⁣

Start with a layer of tortilla chips and a layer of cheese. Add one new ingredient after each cheese layer and keep adding on until you get your desired height and have used all the ingredients you want to add in. Plan to use a lot of tortilla chips (I basically used the entire bag) and a lot of cheese. I’ve tried this recipe with vegan cheese before, and while it tasted good, the cheese refused to melt for me. Once your nachos are layered, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. ⁣
