Garlic Veggies & Masala Fish!! 🥦🐟 I make this dish as a last-minute healthy meal because it’s protein-filled and so tasty!
Ingredients I Used:
– chopped brussel sprouts
– chopped broccoli 🥦
– chopped cauliflower
– seasonings: salt, pepper🧂, garlic powder, minced garlic 🧄, no salt seasoning, masala, onion powder, olive oil
– fish fillets (I used salmon, but I’ve also used tilapia before) 🐟
– seasonings: salt, pepper, turmeric, Fenugreek leaves, masala powder, cumin, lemon juice 🍋
Start off by marinating your fish with all your seasonings and set aside. Honestly, if you’re able to do it the night before, that’s even better! Then start on your veggies. Chop your veggies up and toss with oil and the rest of your seasonings. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 410 degrees. To fry your fish, fill your frying pan with a small layer of oil and place your fillets in. The longer you fry, the crispier the outside layer will be!
