Dry Ingredients – ⁣⁣⁣
– cauliflower florets 🥦 ⁣⁣⁣
– chopped bell pepper⁣⁣⁣
– chopped onion 🧅 ⁣⁣⁣
– chopped jalapeño 🌶⁣⁣⁣
– quinoa or brown rice 🍚 ⁣⁣⁣
– greens 🥬 ⁣⁣⁣
– seasonings: salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder⁣⁣⁣

Sauce Ingredients – ⁣⁣⁣
– chopped basil 🌿 ⁣⁣⁣
– chopped cilantro 🌱⁣⁣⁣
– water 💧 ⁣⁣⁣
– apple cider vinegar⁣⁣⁣
– mayonnaise⁣⁣⁣
– garlic 🧄 ⁣⁣⁣

First start off seasoning your cauliflower florets, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Then on the stove, start saute-ing bell pepper, onion, jalapeno with oil and seasonings. Add in your cooked quinoa or brown rice until its all well cooked. In the meantime, process your dressing ingredients and add salt until it tastes right! Add more water in if you prefer a more liquid-y dressing. Start building your bowl with greens as the base and create your healthy bowl!!⁣⁣⁣
