Cauliflower Bagels!! 🥦 🥯 A very healthy alternative to your regular bagel if you want something fun to try! 😍⁣

Ingredients I Used:⁣
– riced cauliflower 🥦 ⁣
– riced sweet potato 🍠 ⁣
– coconut flour⁣
– almond flour⁣
– egg 🥚 ⁣
– minced garlic 🧄 ⁣
– seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, bagel seasoning 🥯⁣

Start with your riced veggies and make sure all the moisture is drained out. Mix in your flours, seasonings, and whisked egg. Roll into palm-sized balls, flatten mildly, and form a small hole in the center. Sprinkle on bagel seasoning and pat into the dough. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes until browned and crispy!⁣
