Brussel Sprouts ‘Breakfast’ Salad!! 🍳🥗 Try this salad out for some protein in a healthy salad!⁣⁣

Ingredients I Used: ⁣⁣
Salad Ingredients – ⁣⁣
– shredded brussel sprouts 🥦⁣⁣
– chopped black olives 🫒⁣⁣
– sliced red onion 🧅 ⁣⁣
– chopped spinach 🥬⁣⁣
– chopped avocado 🥑⁣⁣
– soft-boiled egg 🥚⁣⁣
Seasonings -⁣⁣
– lemon juice 🍋 ⁣⁣
– salt, pepper⁣⁣
– bagel seasoning 🥯 ⁣⁣
– no salt seasoning⁣⁣

Start by chopping your brussel sprouts and pulsing them in a food processor to shred them. Then chop the rest of the ingredients and mix together; feel free to add whatever veggies you like! (I was thinking about adding matchstick carrots, but didn’t have any at home.) Soft boil your eggs by placing them in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes and then add to your salad. Add on your choice of crutons or tortilla chips. Squeeze some lemon juice, salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, and bagel seasoning & mix!⁣⁣
