Bell Pepper Nachos!! 🧀🌿 A healthier alternative if you’re craving nachos and want a nutritious option!
Ingredients I Used:
– chopped onion 🧅
– black beans
– seasonings: salt, pepper, no salt seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
– cut bell pepper
– chopped tomatoes 🍅
– chopped cilantro 🌱
– chopped jalapeño 🌶
– shredded cheese 🧀
Start off with throwing some chopped onions on the stove, and once translucent, add in your black beans and seasonings. Preheat your oven to broil at 400 degrees. Make your pico de gallo by mixing together chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Cut up your bell pepper into chip sizes as these will replace your tortilla chips in traditional nachos. Place those pieces onto a baking pan with oil and then add on your bean mix and pico de gallo to your bell pepper pieces. Then layer on shredded cheese. Broil for about 5 minutes and you’ll have crunchy nachos to eat!
