Bang Bang Broccoli! 🥦🧨 The third part of trying out recipes by Black chefs! Check out jessicainthekitchen for her recipe (and you will drool looking at her pictures 🤤)⁣

Ingredients I Used:⁣
– almond flour ⁣
– pepper, garlic powder, onion powder⁣
– chili garlic paste⁣
– plant-based milk 🥛 ⁣
– bread crumps⁣
– broccoli florets 🥦 ⁣
– mayo⁣
– maple syrup ⁣

One of the longer processes that I’ve tried out so far, but still very tasty! Start of making your batter with flour, seasonings, chili garlic paste, and milk. Coat your broccoli in the batter and then roll it around in your bread crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. After that, toss the baked broccoli in your sauce made of mayonnaise, chili garlic paste, and maple syrup. This is the stage where I struggled because my bread crumps wouldn’t stick and started falling off the florets. Bake for another 2 minutes and your broccoli will be ready to eat! ⁣
