Appetizer: Roasted Squash!! 🥗
Cut up your squash and onions 🧅 into thin strips and place onto a baking sheet coated with oil.
– salt 🧂
– no-salt seasoning
– lemon pepper 🍋 🌶
Bake at 425 degrees with 10 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10 minutes & then broil for another 3 minutes.
Technically this recipe comes with a vinaigrette, but I didn’t have the right ingredients for it. Honestly, the dish didn’t even need it! Super healthy & super simple! 😋
For reference, for three people I used 4 squashes and 1 medium onion.
